- To be eligible, participant must: (1) Become a member by completing online form before property closes. (2)Limit one 3 night stay in The Phoenix Condominium per condominium purchase. (3)Reimbursement for 3 night stay will occur once title on new property has conveyed.
Brian Pugh reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the Pay for your Stay promotional in whole or in part, or modify promotion in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official rules. Brian Pugh reserves the right to interpret, construe, and administer the provisions of this program and to make relevant factual determinations including, but not limited to, eligibility and payment distribution. Participant shall be responsible for paying any applicable sales or federal income tax. Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
